MTN DEVIOUS

I would prefer giving MTN zero stars. Firstly MTN is lying to its loyal customers that they can upgrade to Black Friday deals from the 11 November 2022. This is lie as they have not revealed their Black Friday Promotions yet. They are trying to get their customers to sign up for ridiculously high priced deals. Secondly MTN needs to learn simple mathematics calculations and how many months are in a calendar year. They have changed my contracts from a R320 per month data only contract to a R1470.00 data only contract (less data, higher price) after 23 month on my contract. The consultants all agree this is incorrect information on their system but have not amended this to date after numerous visits to the the store and countless phone calls.
