MTN Device Insurance Violated my rights and *****ing my money

I have risk with my money by joining MTN DEVICE INSURANCE. When I joined they misled me. I was told that the premium to cover my phone is R74 and I will start to pay on end of January 2021. Earlier January they try to debit me, they debit order bounced due to insufficient funds. On February they debited money for 3 months. I have called them to find why they debited money for 3 months. They have no answer and they promise to come back. They have never bothered themself to call me back and my money is not refunded. I requested for all our call records to be sent to me, since February 2021, they agreed to send them but it's still not sent. My phone screen is broken, I claimed for it to be repaired. They gave me form to complete, then after I'm ordered to pay R219.68. I did make the payment on the 2nd of July. I send the proof my payment and they did not come to collect my phone. I phoned on the 7th of July 2021 to find out what's going on, they told me that the driver did came to my place to collect a phone. He did not find me. I ask how as they say that the courier driver will contact when he come to my place. No answer. They rescheduled new day which was today for my device to be collected . I send them theaddress where they can collecylt the device and confirm with them if they received my email. Today I phone them three times and they confirm that the phone will be collected today before 17h00. My phone is still not collected. I phone at 16h45 they told me that the Address for Discoverers health community clinic, Goldman road, Florida is unfound, then she kept me onhold then drop off my call. When I call again they tell me that my phone will be collected tomorrow. To be quiet honest MTN Device insurance is very disqusting and I am tired of them. I also want to report them to Speakout. They violating my rights.
