MTN Device Insurance *****

MTN Insurance **********ly insured my device under someone else's name twice even when i went back and forth with them to fix it. They called me and said the details have been updated. Next thing when my invoice is sent i noticed there is no device insurance. I called them again and they saying my device is insured under city of Johannesburg. I don't understand how they can make the same mistake twice. Whats frustrating is that this was not my mistake from the beginning but now im the one going following up on them. If i had a choice i would migrate to a different service provider. I want my device that im paying for to be insured under my name.
