MTN device insurance DISGUSTING!

Beware!! Do not take out MTN device insurance. They will keep lying to you. You keep having to call in to find out what’s happening? No one can give you a straight answer. They want to you to pay for excess before even collecting the device.. there’s no place you can take the broken device to. The managers are always in meetings or on a call. No one calls you back.
