Mtn device insurance claims

I am still waiting for my device to be collected for the past 3 weeks for repairs,I call everyday & speak to different people who all make the same empty promises & say they'll follow up & promise to call back. I am beyond frustrated since my premiums are up to date, I've been patient & I'm getting 0 service from this pathetic service provider!
