MTN device Insurance claim not settled after two weeks

My husband submitted an insurance claim with MTN insurance and its been two weeks, there is no direct communication with the people doing the claims, we do not even know who the underwriter is and when we follow up they just say they will send a follow up to the relevant department.

No one knows what the SLA is and two weeks is way too long to wait for a mere device insurance to pay out.
