Mtn device insurance claim

I am so disappointed with MTN device insurance,I made a claim in September 2022 and got an acknowledgement that they received the claim and I paid 500 excess and then on the 3rd December they asked for my address to deliver my phone but still till today I still have not received anything and yet it's still debiting every month,I really don't recommend the product to anyone because this company is dishonest and unreliable.
