MTN Device Insurance ****

I have cancelled my MTN device insurance in July 2025, the last debit was suppose to go off in August 2025. I was also debited in September 2025 and when i call the insurance department they keep referring me to customer service of which I am not getting assisted. Its been two months waiting for a refund
