Mtn deserves 0 stars honestly

Mtn deserves 0 stars honestly. I ordered wifi router on the 20th of February.paid immediately and got an sms saying my parcel will be delivered on the 6th of March but when I called the delivery company I was told my parcel has been sent back to MTN.called them they said my order has been cancelled without any explanation.still waiting for my refund
