MTN Deserve the $5.2b fine

Now if you have ever visited the Centurion MTN you will know the pain of waiting for close o an hour before you are serviced. Those consultants have no clue on what they are doing,They will spend time looking at their screens with a puzzled face. You will be luck to get one who knows what to look for where and assist you quickly.Whoever is responsible for that branch does not care. Those consultants must be trained on their processes and timed on turn around time they service customers.I bet they have no performance measures and if they were to be introduced they will go on strike.

In Sept '14 I paid MTN an early contract termination penalty of about R800 at the Centurion Mall. I was assisted by Phila. Lo and behold! MTN continued to debit my bank account. Again in Nov '15 I went back, again assisted by Phila and she said another cancellation must be made because the initial payment was somehow not taken as cancellation.MTN continued to debit my bank account. On 20 Nov '15 I again went to MTN for the 3rd time and was.assisted by Kgomotso and she just said she is also confused and I must contact HQ. How pathetic! Does HQ even know what they must do? MTN pay $5,2b & my deductions
