MTN ***** Dept need a ROCKET!!
23 July 2025 MTN *****ulently lodged a Debit order against my personal bank account. After many call,mails to MTN their ***** Dept have agreed that this was a *****ulent transaction. MTN ***** on 28 August informed me that they would be refunding the amount(7 to 10 Days) that was *****ulently removed from my account. As yet I have still not been refunded and when I try and get information the standard answer is "THE JOURNAL HAS BEEN REQUESTED" If MTN believe this is acceptable then I suppose that is the level of their commitment to preventing *****. Well Done MTN!!!!

These are the replies that MTN ***** Dept seem to be acceptable to be send ing to Non Clients who have *****ulently been ****** from. The only time that there is any response from MTN is the very next morning after writing a review on this platform. Not once have MTN ***** actually been able the answer when the refund will be made. We are pensioners and this treatment by a major corporate in not acceptable. Shame on you MTN!!!!
