MTN DEPRIVING ME OF FINANCIAL FREEDOM

My contract with MTN ended at the end of June 2022. Being clueless about contracts and not reading up contracts is a bad thing I may say. After my contract ended I never phoned in to cancel and it's what I was supposed to do and so an amount of R1600 was debited from me by MTN, keep in mind that with the financial burden in this country I don't have that kind of money around. I than phone in to cancel my contract and it's canceled I'm told...

Fast forward to August 31 2022 MTN debits an amount of R1700 from me and I phone in to inquire and I'm told again that it takes 31 days for a contract to be canceled after waiting on the line for 40 minutes, I than informed the agent on the line that I was never informed of such on the line...

MY POINT IS WE WILL NEVER RECEIVE FINANCIAL FREEDOM DUE TO SUCH ******* (MTN) I MEAN I HAVE KEPT MY END OF THE BARGAIN AND PAID THE CONTRACT IN FULL BUT STILL MONEY IS BEING TAKEN FROM ME...
