MTN ***** department does not care

MTN DOES NOT CARE about *****. A *****ulent post paid account was opened under my name and I notified the ***** department via mail(sent 17 April 2023) and then got a system generated reference and had multiple follow up’s with NO RESPONSE. MTN does not care that ***** was committed the Reference number: fb8066ec-bddd-46bb-8e29-aef60fe419cd . Let’s see if I will get any response
