MTN ***** department

I found out someone stole my identity and that I have debt at MTN. One of the workers helped me so nicely, I was so extremely happy. But Now I'm still waiting for the debt made against my name to be cleared from my name. I have contacted them via email but I have no idea if it's being cleared or what is happening. I want the debt off my credit report! I have NEVER had any MTN accounts or contracts. I'm tired of doing everything from my side and not getting updates and it being totally resolved.
