MTN ***** department absolutely useless

A cellphone was removed from my office without permission by an employee that was dismissed due to *****. I did a sim swap to get the number back. Another sim swop was carried out by the employee. After replying NO to the sms the number went dead. After several attempts with MTN *****, Mtn Business and the local MTN shop I have no success in recovering the number.
