MTN ***** department

I am a loyal MTN subscriber who has paid installments for past 10 years with my contracts However when I was *****erd by a person claiming to be an MTN representative there is no help. I have done an affidavits the 7/7/2022 when to the MTN branch in Cascades pmb and Midlands mall pmb where the friendly staff have helped me log a claim with MTN ***** Department 1 of dec 2022(***) and again on 19 feb 2023 ***even the regional manager came to assist and all MTN does is ask me for proof which was submitted but no help given this ***** division is of no help MTN is still stressing me by sending sms saying I owe money even though this is a ***** case. As a consumer where is the urgent help given such a high profile company that can't assist law abiding citizens. I will not renew my contract rather I've been highly disappointed with service of ***** Department it is not the fault of the consultant but at higher up where no one cares to help loyal customers.
