MTN denies people all service, including emergency calls

if I could I would give them -5 stars for their blatant denial of service towards customers, we have been without signal for more than a month, and when you contact their coverage dept, you get told that they are on site as we speak, while you stand in front of the site T750 with the land owner and not one person is on site, not even a trace of people being there in 4 weeks... they deny people service at all costs, these are contract, prepaid and contract data users and MTN simy ignores the people and even icassa, im merely posting this so i have more things to show on youtube and also to send to carte blanch
