MTN Delivery via CourierIT – Extremely Poor Service

I am very disappointed with MTN’s delivery process. My phone was returned due to failed RICA verification, and CourierIT promised a reattempt that never happened.

Despite MTN being aware and arranging manual delivery, CourierIT has not contacted me, and the parcel sits at their warehouse. I cannot reach anyone at the courier, and I am paying for a phone I do not have.

MTN should reconsider using CourierIT, as there are numerous complaints on HelloPeter about missed deliveries and poor service. Customers should not have to chase their orders
