MTN delivery is very shady

I posted a complaint here a few days ago to which I recieved a speedy reply telling me that the couriers would be in touch to deliver my new phone. No call has been received and I wasn't given any contact information. I had heard good things about MTN contracts from friends and family but I'm currently very disappointed in their poor communication and lack of clarity on delivery issues. It would be more helpful if they gave details for delivery and you were able to follow the progress of your package instead of having lines dropped when you try to call.
