Mtn delivers its usual BAD SERVICES
As per expected, mtn is once again falsely advertising. It is the 3rd of October and mtn's yellow deals was launched for the 1st of October and they dont have stock of the new laptop they launched. I am trying to upgrade my contract and have decided to take the new Lenovo IdeaPad 320 i5 7th generation that mtn so graciously advertise. I thought wow, mtn must be pulling up their socks. All the complaining finally helped, but my surprise was all too quickly wiped away by the usual bad planning and overall management of mtn. NO STOCK IN ANY WAREHOUSE. I was told this by my local mtn store where I was trying to do the upgrade. Now they have to put in an order and the turn around time is WEEKS! Why advertise it and then try to justify the false advertising by the while stocks last clause. Its the 3rd of the month. REALLY? I even tried to call mtn direct to do an over the phone upgrade. Also disappointed there. I had to hold the line 3 times for more than 25 min and every time the call gets dropped. How is this company making money with such bad overall Management. A boats crew is only as good (or pathetic in this case) as its captain.
I have said it on multiple times now, shape up or close down for business. I suggest that you fire all your top brass and get people who know how to run such an big company. The subsequent firing of **** staff should follow if professionals where hired. Maby the criteria should be changed from people who are just trying to earn a paycheck in the end of the month to people who actually want to be there and not just employed because of the color of their skin. No point to sit in front of an computer and you cant even switch it on!
