MTN deliveries with DSV biometric scanner issues

I app**** for a contract phone with mtn 2 months back, the DSV couriers came to deliver and the biometrics scanners didn’t work for me and was told that I should request a manual delivery, MTN kept routing my call to different departments with no luck of assistance. They ended up cancelling my contract.

Again today, I reapp**** for a contract which DSV came to deliver but the same issue with the biometrics scanner occurred and they can’t help me with anything.

What can I do??
