MTN Deliver Nothing

I never used MTN before, always used other ISP's. Decided to apply for a new cellphone contract through MTN and it's been a disaster ever since as DSV are unable to deliver the device due to broken devices they give the reps for the delivery which has been twice so far, hopefully third time lucky. Every attempt of communication from DSV came from my side as they do not call or notify you about anything at all until you call and find out for yourself. The experience of dealing with MTN through DSV has just been disappointing and very frustrating.
