MTN DELIBERATELY NOT GIVING SERVICE FOR CANCELATIONS?

MTN's call centre to cancel a contract is nothing short of embarrassingly chaotic. I have been transferred from agent to agent more than 30 times. There seems to be no consistent process in place. Each agent has a idea of what the process is. and then I was cut off.
