MTN deleting my Services on m contract

Dear MTN

At the end of 2020 you decided to change your systems. This resulted in my contract add-ons being deleted like the data package being deleted... so, for 16 months I have to buy my own data.. I also received 100 sms's a month which now has been deleted too...

After 200 calls... endless reference numbers and 3 store visits, im still no closer to solving the issue..

Has this happened to anyone else?

Does going to Head office help as was told everyone works from home and nobody is there.. lol

MTN pls could someone call me or setup something and I will come to Head Office so I can find out why you guys delete services,
