Mtn deleted my number out mtn engaged please reinstate service
I have Ben with mtn more then 21 year with my same cellphone phone number and also had airtime in it .I am Rica as well .I don't understand how mtn can delete my number accidentally or fully .I am a loyal customer with mtn and have all my social networking sites on mtn and friends ; family and business and associated have my contact number, it is vital that I retain this number as I alway had this number and please kindly assist .they advice me that My number will be given back to me ; no one contacted me still waiting. Please resisted or restore my service urgently

16 Feb 2024, 07:16I alway had this number for many years more then 20 years and know mtn deleted numbers which is also linked to all my social media account .I was told to get a new sim card and actived the card and some one from back office or ceo office will get the provisioning to team to do sim swap on my number. Please kindly help as no one as gotten in touch with me .in January 2024 I contact mtn telling them my sim number show limited connection before it get disconnected I was worried why and not sure .
