MTN delaying to terminate contract

Hello Peter<br> <br> I have an MTN Data contract that expired on the 26th October 2015. When I contacted MTN in August to cancel I was told that I need to call 808 30 days before the expiration date. I then contacted them on the 26th of September to terminate contract and I was told the request will be sent through to the retention department. I requested that no data should be loaded on the 20th and I was told not to worry as this will be reversed and the invoice that closed on the 20th October will be due for payment in November, I later received an email from retentions acknowledging my request and asking me to call 808 on the day the contact expires.<br> <br> I contacted MTN on the 26th October and I received an email from Unathi Njozela stating that she could not terminate my contract as there is a balance due and that she cannot reverse the data, I rep**** on the 27th of October requesting clarification as I had been told that the Oct invoice was due for payment in November but today is the 3rd of November and no one from retentions has responded.<br> <br> All I want to know is when will the contract be terminated and who will pay for the time the line was left open?<br> <br> Thanks<br> Zee
