Mtn delaying my phone, poor communication

I bought a phone at mtn on the 12 Jan 2023. After weeks of trying to call mtn I was told it is out of stock. Company closed and re-opened on the 4 Jan 2024. And on the 11 Jan 2024 placed an order of another one. Today I was supposed to receive it. Just called DSV and they said it was send back. Not me calling MTN and this lady wasted my time and airtime Noxolo. I’m so disappointed it’s been a MONTH
