Mtn delaying my claim

In March 2015 i was told i was due for an upgrade by an MTN call center agent.I was requested to choose a package which was an I phone 6 at 200 talk time anytime + 500mb .The handset and contract was delivered to me via a courier company, i then went to a local Mtn store for sim activation.

on Friday 28th August 2015 my friends car was ****** with my cellphone in it ,we went and opened a case at Balfour Police Station case no 113/08/2015 and reported my fone as ****** .I then called Mtn customer care line 808 who urged me to suspend the sim card which i did.i then called again to have the phone blacklisted so i can be able to claim from MTn as i have an insurance with them.
I was then sent from pillar to post ,first i was told to give an IMEI number which i did (***).I was then told they cannot process this and they gave me a ref number :*** and i was told to go to my local Mtn shop

I have just been there now and the lady says their system shows i did not receive any handset thus making my claim invalid ,was told to bring more paperwork to them

Clearly no one wants to take responsibilty as they are all passing the buck and its been 06 days now
BW
Justice
