MTN DELAYED SERVICE !!

I am due for a phone upgrade, Faith from MTN REWARDS UPGRADES ***) CONTACTED ME ON FRIDAY 24.01.2025 whereby she assist me and i chose the phone i wanted. She advised me that the courier DSV will be in contact with me for my delivery. today is the 29.01.2025 i didnt hear anything about the courier, and like MTN there is no direct number for them, I litterly send mtn 20 + emails just to find out what is happening, the emails i used was '***'; '***' after more than 20 emails Faith phoned me back just to say she submitted the wrong order and will get back to me tomorrow. this phone is a birthday present for someone who's birthday is Monday 03.02.2025 and when will i have the devise??????????????????????????THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I STRUGGLE WITH MTN - NO COMMUNICATION
