MTN de*****ing South African ID documents

MTN de*****ed my ID in January 2022 and I reported the matter in their Westgate branch store, I was requested to submit affidavit and a copy of my ID which I did. May 2022 I received a call from SSDA debt collectors then I explained again the ***** and they requested documents which I submitted, it then went quite from then. To my surprise since August 2024 to date I am being harassed with calls by another debt collectors stating that I am owing MTN. MTN with their staff members they are issuing cellphones and data to their friends using our ID numbers.
