mtn dei showing its results and incapable staff

I have been into mtn keywest twice now to change my account number for debit of my contract. The first time I was suspended and listed as a missed payer on rhe credit bureau. I had to manually pay them.i went in a second time and updated it. They showed me it was definately updated. And today I was suspended again by mtn. I have been withrhem for 25 years and I think its time to move on. These big companies you become a number and you mean nothing more than money to them. Well I learned one thing doesn't matter how big they are if they don't respect you I then move elsewhere. I actually feel I dont need a phone with me all the time and get tracked either.
