MTN de*****s its customers

In May 2013 a simple data pack was purchased from MTN. It was reported on 6th June that it was not working , since then 104 emails have been issued , 17 trips too MTN retail outlets , 4 trips to head office , 1171 km traveled, by customer numerous phone calls to MTN, more than 80 hours spent on emails phone calls and traveling. After 18 months of a customers intensives attempts to get MTN to cancel the account for which they had not provided a service , and were charging they finally admitted that they have not provided the service and credited the account.

However what they also *******ly did, was to report the customer as a defaulting debtor and had him blacklisted. Experian with any due diligence accepted MTN position and falsely provided MTN competitors with a bad credit report for the customers thereby preventing the customer from moving his internet and phone to a reliable services provider. These action in to days world have *******ly prevented the customer from earning a wage which is a basic human right.

I advice all people who read this note not to buy a single service from MTN They simple do not understand customer care and the CEO is not in control of the company
