MTN de*****s clients through insurance

Hello Peter

On the 19 December2014, I was ****** at gun point my Galaxy Note 3 cellphone, with the IMEI Number ***. Like as advised by my insurance clause, the phone was blacklisted with the ITC Number ***3 and a case of theft was open at the Sunnyside Police Station in Pretoria with the case number CAS: 45/02/15.

I had an account with Nashua which was liquidated and handed over to MTN which is now respibible for any contracts handled by Nashua previously, This include even issues of issurance. As now a member of MTN, I have tried to claim my phone since December 2014 and could not get any assistance till yesterday the 23rd February 2015,, and to my suprise the insurance that I have been paying saying the first day of this contract has informed me that I can only be covered for R 5000 for a phone that worth R 10 000 the day we got into our agreement.

I find this distasteful and very unfair, because I was given the impression that Im covered for my phone and it shall be replaced when it get lost or ******. MTN and Nashua are playing games and treating me unfairly. I would love to have my Galaxy note 3 replaced by MTN without any hustle as Im paying my insurance.
