MTN de*****ing pensioners

There is a ********** nr which was added to my elderly parent's account. We reported this to the store and they said they cant do anything-we have to report at police station. My mom 78 went there in Covid level 4 to do it. We submitted all the documents to the ***** department and was told that they are looking into the matter. Long story short - NOTHING was done. Since June 2020 more than R5000-00 was deducted from her account for this number that does not belong to her. We made so many calls and sent so many emails. This borders ********ity and outright theft against vulnerable clients. I am completely disgusted by the complete lack of effort regarding this matter.
