Mtn De*****ing Customers

Mtn are just good at excelling in giving poor customer service😡.They have been overcharging me for months now and I have asked for them to refund my money back as they deducting more than we agreed on but keep on telling me they are waiting for authorization from someone to give them a go ahead to do that. I should not be suffering for mistakes done because of your incompetency and worse for you to do as you please on my account.I will change accounts and not pay you any cent going forward if this is how you thank me for the relationship I had with you guys for the past 10 years. I keep on getting this useless reference numbers that you never resolve.Sort this out once and for all😡 and stop *****ing from your customer.
