MTN De*****ed me 😥

MTN is de*****ing it's customers with third party companies. I uploaded a airtime voucher and when I checked the balance, half of it was gone. Called the call centre to find out why and they told me I am subscribd to something I've never heard of. I told them I don't know what that is, thet are the ones who control those type of things. I asked them to refund me and cancel what ever that subscribtion is. They were refusing to refund and giving me the run around when I want to speak to superiors, they make me wait on the for 30 minutes at a time an the phone drops. The truth of the matter is that they are the ones allowing these so called third party companies to access our account, beacuase this who thing is shady. Now I should suffer for things I don't understand. **** MTN, they don't give a **** about their customers. All I want is to be refunded. In top of that I asked them what services or product did I get for this so called subscribtion 🤷🏾♂️. Because I would understand if they can showe what I used this subscription for, but I didn't get anything,I just lost money for nothing. Day light ******* and there is nothing I can do about it. I curse you MTN, hope your whole business goes down, **** you I spit on you 😠
