MTN DE*****

I got a data contract with Mondo for an MTN sim for R200 65Gb anytime. My first invoice was prorated for R785 now my second invoice is R400, which should be R200. MTN and MONDO are ****** and contravenes of the consumer protection action. When I called Mondo they told me to call MTN as they cannnot assist me with billing. When I called MTN my calls were never answered, when I mailed them they did nothing and when I sent follow-up mails they were ignored. People, do not take any contracts with them I warn you!
