MTN definitely a NO GO

MTN is so good at blame shifting they will make you feel guilty for their bad customer service... After hellopeter'ing them for my phone that got damaged while sending it in under warranty for a faulty speaker they have the audacity to blame IPhone.... Kindly see their response below. So basically I need to take the device (which they still have and damaged to iStore) - I will never recommend MTN to ANYONE!!!!

Kindly note that if you stated that the said defect is a common problem with the iPhone X devices than it is a manufacturers defect. I suggest that yiu take take it to an iStore and let them have a look at it as far as i know, they are aware of the defect as well as others.
