MTN defective products

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with MTN service and selling us cheap products. I purchased their wifi month to month contract package in October and within just 1 months the wifi router stopped working.when I returned it to the MTN branch in cresta the told me they will take it for repairs and within a week they will inform me whether they will replace it. Mind you they didn't even bother to offer me an alternative router since il be without wifi for some time..after weeks passed and without hearing anything from them I went to the branch and even called to find out what was happening with the router and I was told it was still repairs. Over 8 weeks now I'm still waiting for a router and mind you they are still derbiting my account I decided to cancel the contract and again I was told to come to the branch to fill in some paper forms. Till today I'm still waiting for my contract to be cancelled and I don't understand why is it that it takes this long to fix a router and customers are inconvenienced in the process. MTN your customer service is so poor and at the same time you sell us defective products. I'm utterly disgusted by this Network
