MTN de*****ed me

MTN is charging me R1800 for 50g data from R315. I called them they are not willing to.listen they even refuse to have a supervisor or manager review the matter. I have been on a call where they dropped the call , refused to share the call ref number with me. The manager is said to have also refused to take the call because what the agent Saif is what they will say. Then the story changed to the manager is in a meeting
