MTN deducts money ********ly

<p>I cancelled my MTN contract for my tablet at the Heiderand Mall in Mossel Bay months ago, staff there confirmed that I did this in the determined time and that MTN won't renew my contract or deduct any more money from my account. However, MTN deducs the money every month! I went to the shop and they said that they will sort this out. I also asked my bank to reverse the deductions, but now, this month, MTN deducted three times the amount of my account! I phoned the shop and they said that they cannot help me since they have cancelled the contract and my details don't appear on their system. They said I should phone 808 but the number does not work. This is totally unexceptable!</p>
