MTN deductions - Refund Due R 5 100.00

I am an MTN subscriber, and MTN OVER- debited my Standard bank Account on the 25th July 2015 , and ever since I have had running battles with MTN t try and refund my money. I have run in trouble with various stop-orders, and they could not care less.<br> I have various REQ : *** and Ref Nos : *** and *** which do not mean anything to MTN.<br> I have phoned a dozen times, and every day I was told different stories, that the manager was off sick, she injured her hand and cannot sign or authorize my refund...very ludicrous.<br> Of late, when I phone their 808 number, after talking to the operator for a while, I am just cut off...which has happened for quite a while.<br> <br> MTN is not living by its slogan, I am extremely unhappy with their treatment on me, and the way they are still handling my case.<br> <br> I still do not have my refund...and they still do not have an answer of when I will get my refund<br> <br> I need advise from legal perspective of how I can take this up...My name with my Banking institute is now in tatters as a bad debtor, as I had stop orders being returned, and when I made arrangements with the bank thinking that MTN will refund me in order to deposit money
