Mtn deductions every month??

My wife and I are state pensioners and we try and keep our 2 cell phones topped up with R10.00 each in the event of and emergency and in case we need to a contact family member urgently. We are having the balances left in our phone taken off every month end and leaving us with a zero balance..

We have tried the customer services no. 171 without any joy and being unable to speak with a consultant. We tried a Mtn agent who suggested we come in to the shop. We told her we were pensioners and we have had our car ****** and we are unable to. She said she would get back to us. This was last month, we are still waiting.

We have now again today our balances in our phone reduced to zero.

Pathetic service when you mention you are pre paid.
