MTN deducting unauthorized money from my account

Since December, MTN has ****** money from my account. When I checked my bank statement yesterday, MTN had been withdrawing R546 from my account—of which I do not even have one contract except from the R99 data contract I have for my child.

I terminated my contracts with them several years ago, in part because of this.

In addition to hoping that future clients do not have the same circumstances as me, I wish to pursue the ***** case. It's mysterious how they were able to access my account and modify my premium without my consent.

I'm sick of this network robbing me and not doing anything about it.
