MTN deducting more than contracted amount
My debit order for MTN took R550 today, approximately R100 more than the contracted amount. I have two separate contracts, one for R219 and the other for R229. That ads up to R448. For some unexplained reason they started billing at around R467 in the first couple of months and now we are with R550. I have recently used pay as u go airtime on credit, however these were very small monitored amounts. I have bank statements in my possession that can proof this and I would firstly like MTN to respond as to why they *******ly deduct money that was not authorized by myself and secondly I believe according to law I am entitled to cancel my contracts and therefore I would like to exercise that right now. I think MTN should run a audit on my spendings during the contracted time and refund all the money that they stole from me.
