MTN deducting money when they want

Debit order set for last day of each month. MTN deducted their instalment 3 days before the end of the month of which I receive my salary on the last day.

Phoned them to enquire why they said it didn’t go off but it did and then bounced and I was charged by the bank and then MTN suspended my service.
