MTN Deducting money for no reason
This morning I woke up and see deductions from my bank account, I had a contract with MTN which I cancelled two months ago which i used to pay R578.99 for. This morning I get debited R915 and I cant understand what it's for..<br> <br> If it's not too much to ask, I'd really like my money back. It's not the first time this has happened. It happened to me when my other contract ended as well.<br> <br> Contract was with Nashua Mobile & got ported over to MTN<br> <br> Account number: ***3<br> <br> Please contact me urgently, this is unacceptable!

We apologise for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
According to our records the amount debited is the final invoice that was however we have noted that you have also been charged an additional 310.53 for the insurance service and promo fee, this amount will be written off and you will only be liable for R605.00
