MTN DEDUCTING MONEY FOR CANCELLED CONTRACTS - FROM THE ELDERLY

Another Cellphone company giving contracts to the elderly. MTN deducted R900 end of June and R800 end of July from my elderly mother's account. We went to the MTN store in Tygervalley, end of June, to complain about the deduction. Turns out my mother has 5 contracts. How, because when they phone they talk old people through a contract and phrase their questions where the person agrees with everything without knowing what they agree tol My moter returned her new phone end of June, with sim card and everything they gave her because she didn't want the extra cost. A gentleman called Terence said they will do a "courtesy" cancellation because of my mother's age. Ref No. IRMS514443-1. Still no cancellation and they deducted more money. How... This is the second cell phone company I'm having issues with who give elderly people contracts. This is a *******. What does a 75 year old pensioned want to do with 5 contracts? She lives alone... they can see no one else are using these contracts. Why???
