MTN deducting minutes for calls not made

For months now MTN has deducted calls from my available minutes to a number that I have never called and doesn’t appear on my phone list anywhere that I have called. I went to MTN to have this resolved but to date not any feedback and the number keeps on appearing. How many other customers are affected by this and how ethical is this?
