MTN

What's supposed to be a straight forward upgrade, resulted in an up and down to the South Coast mall MTN. First no stock, then the system is down halfway through the upgrade, 3rd time lucky. After the business documents was provided the Invoice was made to another Company. This was November 2024. After many phone calls and even going to the store two times, the consultant Andile only gives empty promises. This was referred to the manager Sizwe with absolutely no joy. The person who is supposed to do the credit and re- invoice is always on leave. The credit can't be done by anyone else. The service from MTN is poor.
